What We Offer Our bailiff services provide safe and secure transport for youth including: Interagency transfers or relocation due to specific needs of the clients involved, with a full understanding of the protocol of these transfers. Transport to appointments (court, medical, etc.) Various transports to support local police forces. Do you have questions?We have answers. What is the catchment area for Kennedy House Bailiff Services? Kennedy House Bailiff Services primarily serves youth in the Durham, Hastings, Prince Edward Counties, City of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, Northumberland, Peterborough, and Belleville regions. We can provide services outside this catchment area in exceptional cases. How long do requests for transfers take? We respond in two hours or less. Only bad weather, traffic tie-ups or a heavy volume of transport requests would interfere with our goal of providing a two-hour response time.
